City Complaints
The City of Payne Springs is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of Municipal Ordinance and State regulations and codes relative to the construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, removing, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures in the City.
The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Payne Springs Code and international Coade Ordinance
If there is an issue with a neighbor that you would like to address, via in person, email, or anonymously. Please fill out this "complaint form" and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
If the matter has not been resolved quick enough for you. You are more than welcome to address the City Council about this issued. City council meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm @ 19601 CR 2529, Payne Springs, TX 75156.

If you are not satisfied with the progress you may address this matter infront of council. Council meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. You can sign up to speak, but please be advised you only get 3 minutes to speak.
