Solar Panel Permit Requirements
Due to recent events ALL Building Permits will have a 24 hour hold for City Review.
All paperwork will be under review including site plans, POA/HOA applications (if required)
The City of Payne Springs is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of Municipal Ordinance and State regulations and codes relative to the construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, removing, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures in the City.
The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Payne Springs Code and International Codes Ordinance

All information must be submitted in PDF form via email permits@paynespringstx.com.
If there is any missing information when plans have been submitted for plan review, there will be a follow up email with required information needed for plan review to continue.
