Open Records

Open Records provides a mechanism for citizens to inspect or copy government records. It also provides for instances in which governmental bodies may elect to, or are required by law to, withhold government records from the public. The City of Payne Springs supports a transparency within our local government.  If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.

Please be advised;

The City have up to 10 business days from the date of the files request to process your application.  By signing the "Open Records Request" form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement and understand that the fees listed on the request form are subject to additional labor costs incurred by the City in providing the requested information.

All requests needs to be brought in to City Hall or emailed to the contact below.
